It is very close to Tesla, SAP, VMWare (approximately 4 minutes), and about 8 min to drive and 25min to bike to Stanford campus. 12 minutes from Palo Alto and 8 minutes from downtown Los Altos. There are 6 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a dining room, a kitchen, 3 full size fridges, 2 living rooms, a loft, a fireplace, 6 large porches, a bar, a hot tub, several hammocks, a large backyard and a giant front yard with 10 plum trees, a washer and dryer and a lot of storage space. There's plenty of sunlight coming in at any time of day and there is central heating and A/C. You'll be living in the hills, so there's lots of opportunity for biking and running on all the nearby trails as well. Currently no pets allowed, sorry! We have lived in this house for several years and are looking for long term tenants. No sublets or short term agreements, sorry! Utilities are between $60-$120/mo per person and includes fast wifi The 3 rooms are on the ground floor. They have closet, and a good amount of sunlight coming in.
