We have a private room available in our four bedroom, two bathroom house located in a quiet and safe neighborhood near Creekside Park. The room is 185 square feet and has its own private entrance. The rent is $1,225 per month and the move in date is June 1, 2023. We are looking for someone who is interested in staying for at least one and a half years. The room comes with a driveway and carport with space for two cars, as well as ample street parking. Our house is conveniently located close to three highways for easy commuting by car, and is just a nine minute bike ride from the Mountain View Caltrain station. In addition to the room, the house has a washer, dryer, washing machine, central heating, a squat rack and weights in the backyard, and a large screen TV in the living room. You will be sharing the house with three male roommates: a pre-doctoral economics student at Stanford, an anesthesia resident at Stanford, and an engineer at Apple.
