It's a 35 min drive into the city (with no traffic). Details: Monthly rent: $1570/month Move-in date: May (flexible) Lease terms: rent from May to July 31, with option to extend lease for Aug 1, 2023 to July 31, 2024 Everybody in the house is Stanford-affiliated - your roommates would be an emergency medicine resident, start-up founder, teacher and MD/masters student. There is a ton of common space, and there are often house dinners, board game nights, and movie nights. Common amenities include in-house laundry, a home gym, ping-pong table, two living room areas, a huge garden, patio, and bbq. All the common areas are furnished, so you would only have to get furniture for your own room.
