This role is a stepping stone to a full time position Strategy & Business Planning, you will play a key role with responsibilities that range from analyzing sales operations to developing recommendations and authoring presentations. This role is well positioned to be interacting and collaborating on high level projects with our executive team as we prepare Ascendion for IPO or acquisition on a tight timeline. You’ll collaborate on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds and disciplines, increasing your understanding of complex business problems from diverse perspectives and developing new skills and experience to help you in the future, be that at Ascendion or beyond. We are a platform of possibilities spanning three types of businesses from technology platforms, tech services and traditional staff augmentation. This is a high-visibility program within the organization that will partner closely with key senior executives, including our Founder & Chairman, CEO, and COO among others. We have a strong track record of promoting our people and the Internship Program is viewed as a path toward VP and C-Suite level positions. •Draw conclusions from the market/industry trends, and client issues, and support go-to-market initiatives for Ascendion •Spearhead and support initiatives spanning growth strategy and operational excellence •Support business development activities in the form of gathering best practices for RFI/RFP responses and writing proposals •Participate and lead teams in both strategic advisory and transformation cross-functional projects •Currently pursuing MBA or other related Master's degree from top tier Business School (you would intern between the 1st and 2nd year of your MBA program) •Inspired by challenges, passionate to develop and execute new processes and company-wide practices and new ventures •Experience leading cross-functional, data-driven projects and presenting to a senior executive and/or board-level audience •Clear, articulate communicator, comfortable making brave decisions with an ability to collaboratively influence and effectively interact at all levels of the executive team •Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
