I am subletting my room in a 2 bedroom/ 1 bath apartment in EV lowrises. I will be gone from June - mid September. The cost is $1,445 / month. Shorter rentals can be discussed if needed. It is a 2-floor apartment. The first floor has a kitchen and living room. The second floor has a bathroom and bedrooms. The other roommate is a male PhD student. Included in the housing: -In-unit washer and dryer -TV -Kitchen appliances (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, air fryer) -Kitchen utensils -Portable AC -Queen bed Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense.
