The monthly rent is $1450, and they will additionally pay for PG&E, internet, and water. There will also be a security deposit of $1320. I am clean, respectful, open-minded, reliable, and a morning person. Addicted only to great coffees and workouts/sports (recently ultimate frisbee and climbing, previously HIIT, running, basketball and badminton. Additional interests include entrepreneurship, classical music, and learning from people around me. Triple-vaccinated and COVID-conscious. While at Stanford, I biked in the early AMs from the west campus to this house multiple times due to pressing deadlines. The entire path felt quite safe, and I would not have done it in any other neighborhood. I also love how green the surrounding area is, with beautiful, shaded running trails easily accessible. Housemate #2 I am a postdoctoral fellow at Stanford. I come from India but have been living outside for the last several years in pursuit of my career (Austria, Italy, Germany, France, NYC). In my spare time, I love to cook (mostly Indian food ), watch movies/TV shows, play sports, hang out with friends, meet new people etc. I look forward to meeting with you Housemate #3 (You!) The ideal housemate would be clean, considerate, quiet but communicative, LGBTQ+ friendly, and does not smoke or do drugs. Can sign the lease for 3+ months and do not sublet or keep pet(s).
