Room has cross windows, relatively new paint, flooring, mattress, quilt, microwave and small refrigerator--all relatively new Table, couch, chair, lamp. Adequate for modest use. $100 Ikea gift card to buy the extra things you would like in your room. But, no entrance to rest of the house and therefore, no kitchen. Ideal for someone who does not cook. Please do not try to circumvent cooking ban--no hot plate, etcetera. Only microwave, refrigerator, water heater, all provided (no raw meat and fish in micro). If this is first time in your own digs, sheets, towel, plates, can be provided. There is a laundromat two blocks away. There is an upscale small shopping center also a few walking blocks away. For the right student, this is very cozy, unique and private. Rent is $1,395/month, first and last, $200 deposit refunded if room vacated clean, minimum 3 months Utilities and WiFi are included.
