Rent-$1164 per month, utilities- less than $50 (internet and electricity), single occupancy only, no pets. Move-in date is flexible, but April 1st would be ideal. The current lease is until 08/11/2023 with an option of extension on a month-month basis. I have been living here since last August. I am looking for a 1 bd 1 ba apartment as my partner is joining me. The bedroom needs to be furnished. Also, you will be sharing the bathroom with one other tenant. Current tenants, both females, are Stanford postdocs. Free parking spot, and additional storage space in the parking lot (where you can park your bike). Laundry is shared (coin-based, $1.5 per use). The apartment is about 6 mins bike to San Antonio Caltrain station and less than 10 mins bike to multiple grocery outlets (Walmart, Target, CVS, Safeway, and Trader’s Joe). 15-20 mins drive to Stanford.
