The house is a spacious four-bedroom home with tons of natural light and a total size of 2000 sqft (yes, 2000 sqft!). We have two baths, two decks, and one backyard with a gorgeous Japanese Eucalyptus and a plum tree. The sunroom can also be used as an office and overlooks the backyard. Your roommates will be Laura, Goutham, and Isa (early to mid-30s). Laura is from Spain, a documentary filmmaker, and loves going to the Roxie and hosting fun events. Goutham is from India, is a software engineer who plays the guitar, and loves road trips. Isa is from Chile, a PM at a plant-based food tech company, and loves road biking, and backpacking. The available bedroom is on the smaller side but has tons of natural light and a large window overlooking the beautiful street trees. Plus, there's plenty of space in the rest of the house, for you to relax and hang out (including a great projector in the living room, it actually makes you feel like you are at the movies!). The house is located in the heart of Noe Valley, which means you'll have easy access to various restaurants, shops, and bars. It's also conveniently located near several MUNI lines, buses, and tech shuttles. There is easy street parking available in the neighborhood, and the area is very safe. We have some photos, but honestly, they don't do the house justice. You'll have to see it in person to appreciate all the natural light and space. Rent is $1350/month and includes all utilities, including high-speed internet. Move-in is available now. We're looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and easygoing and who would enjoy our balance of communal fun and doing our own thing.
