My wife and I are moving out of this townhouse and looking for interested people to take over this lease. We have lived here for 7 months and have loved staying here, but we recently bought a house. It is located centrally with easy access to the 101 and 280, downtown San Carlos and downtown Redwood City, and several nearby parks. The adjacent neighbors are all very nice and friendly, with several working as doctors at Stanford Hospital. We do not hear much noise from the street or ever from the neighbors. Pet and child friendly. Has a private back patio and 2 additional balconies. 2 car garage with plenty of storage space. The owners/landlords are very nice and live nearby if any maintenance is needed, although we had 0 needs during our time here. Highly recommended!
