The space:
Master bedroom in a 3-bedroom 2-bath house in Cupertino available from December through April 2023. The unit is extremely spacious with a gorgeous panoramic view, a large kitchen, garage, plenty of storage space, a laundry room, a large backyard, and a patio. The room you would be renting has a private bathroom and large walk-in closet. The room is fully furnished ( we can make it empty too ).
Dates:
The move-in date is December 1, 2022 through April 30th 2023 (but can be flexible). Rent is $1500/month. There is plenty of street parking area, and we have two garage spaces (negotiable)
Location:
In Cupertino near the intersection of Foothill Blvd & Hwy 280; 5 minutes from Trader Joe's, Starbucks, Peet’s coffee, De Anza College, and Whole Foods; 10 minutes from Apple; 15 minutes from Stanford. Miles of hiking at Rancho San Antonio and Stevens Creek reservoir. You really can't get a better location.
A little about us:
We are a married couple in our 30's and are house sitting at another place until May 1st 2023. We have one tenant that would share the kitchen and living room with you. He is a 29 year old nursing student who is quiet and easy to get along with.
