Need a car for a road test ($20/h) + gas 1

Hi, My wife has a road test on Tuesday, 11am at Redwood City. We need a car for it. Preferably from someone on campus. Would be willing to pay $20/h + gas, for approximately 3h. Zipcar and ect are unfortunately not allowed for these purposes.
