+ House cannot be used as a place of business (working from home is fine) + No more than 3 cars (can negotiate if there is a good reason), also try to keep cars in driveway / garage.
+ No sub-leasing or guests staying longer than 14 days.
+ Cannot be used as a party house or large parties (can have regular low-key friends/family type parties periodically)
+ No loud noises after 10 PM
+ House should be treated as your home that you are proud of and kept in great condition.
+ Any issues noticed with the house should be reported immediately.
Landlord performs:
+ Inspections/work on house With advanced notice as needed / infrequently:
