The neighborhood is really nice and quiet. The flat is spacious, with great flatmates, and a really nice and helpful landlord. You would be sharing the flat with a 26-year-old American girl working in tech, a 29-year-old Australian girl working at Stanford as a postdoc, and a beautiful, friendly cat. The bathroom is shared with a Stanford postdoc. I am looking for a girl who is ok with cats, likes to socialize with flatmates from time to time, and likes to keep the bathroom and common space clean. Additional info: Coin-operated washing machine and dryer available in the basement, all dishes in the kitchen are readily available, heating, air conditioning, TV, internet are also available.
