I will be out of town Nov 14 - Dec 2nd, and am looking to sublet out my place. The studio is located on campus in Escondido Village Graduate Residences (EVGR). Rent is $1200 for the full period, or will be prorated based on start and end date. The room is furnished and comes with fully stocked kitchen including all the necessary appliances and dishes, an air purifier, and a desktop monitor. Facilities include a fitness floor, laundry room, and various conference rooms on each floor.
