Starting November 1st, we have 1 bedroom available in a 4 bed / 2 bath house in Palo Alto. The room is approximately 12x12 ft in size, with two closets and a shared storage closet in the hallway. It has windows that look out into our front yard and gets great sunlight in the morning and early afternoon. Your room is adjacent to a bathroom that you would share with one other housemate. The room will be available starting November 1st for a one year lease. The room itself is $1,350/month, and we split utilities equally between the housemates (approximately $80 each). The House is located on South Ct in Palo Alto. Very convenient bicycle way to Stanford University (3miles), downtown Palo Alto (3miles), HP (2miles), Google headquarters (2miles), San Antonio Shopping center (1mile), Grocery Outlet (0.3miles), and Piazza’s Fine Foods (0.6miles), Mitchell Park (0.3miles). The house is also located in a beautiful, safe, and quiet neighborhood. We have a private backyard that's great for BBQs, and a side yard where our housemate likes to garde. There is plenty of parking in front of the house which doesn’t require a permit. We have a large kitchen with a new dishwasher, and a great living and dining area. The house has WiFi, and a TV connected with Chromecast, xbox, and a PC for house use. We also conveniently have a brand new in-house washer and dryer, and a massive extra freezer for food storage. This house has three male housemates: One is a talented violin teacher at a school in Santa Clara, another is a professional chef with Stanford, and the last is a programmer with Google. Housemates are all very considerate and generous, and are open to hanging out, chatting, or watching shows together in the evenings. We're very laid back and easy-going, and are looking for a similar housemate who is responsible, clean, and picks up after themselves. Male housemates preferred.
