Hello, I am a Stanford graduate student, and my partner and I are looking to sublease our 1300 sqft, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment for $3150 a month (water and trash included - you will need to pay for PG&E and wifi). The apartment is a spacious second floor unit in Menlo Park (270 Waverley St, about a 15-20 minute bike ride from Stanford), with a large deck and covered parking spot. We have a lot of furniture that we can give you as well (king bed, large couch, patio table and chairs, etc.) for a small price if you desire. The pictures here are of the living room, dining area, deck, and kitchen (we have a recorded walk through of the entire apartment that we can share - just email me). There is onsite laundry and an additional storage unit next to your parking spot. We will be moving out at the end of October, so the apartment will be available from November 1st 2022 - June 30, 2023, with the potential to sign your own year long lease after ours expires at the end of June.
