We are currently looking for new tenants for a 4BR / 2.5BA house in Menlo Park (92 Loyola Avenue). Perfect for groups of 3-4 who are looking for well-below-market rent in a great area, along with a fun living environment. New leases would start on/around July 1. Average rent is extremely low at ~$1,375 per person ($5,500 for the house). The house is a 12-15 minute drive to Stanford campus or a 20-30 minute bike ride. It's also immediately adjacent to four other identical houses that are each in the Stanford community. The house comes fully furnished (tables, sofas, kitchenware, mattresses, beds, really anything you'd need) for an additional furnishing fee ($7,500, which is flexible based on any existing furniture you have). You will get this furnishing fee almost entirely back when you pass the house down to new tenants, and you therefore don't have to worry about moving anything in or out!
