The house has a living room and kitchen downstairs; 2 bedrooms + 1 bath upstairs; and a decent-sized patio. Parking is right outside (you will need to purchase a permit for $35/month). The place is part of a multi-house building in Escondido Village on the Stanford campus. Just outside the patio is a huge courtyard with two playgrounds, all closed with gates so kids stay inside. An international market is close-by, and a mall with stores and eateries (including Trader Joe's and CVS) is a 5-minute drive away. Master bedroom: queen bed, closet, desk Kids room: toddler bed, closet, dressers Living room: sofa, desk Kitchen: dining table + chairs, etc. Free internet! Personal appliances (not Stanford-owned): - portable air conditioner (can be moved and installed in any room) - 2 portable fans - large washer - large dryer - dishwasher - 2 vacuum cleaners - printer For these we are requesting a $700 deposit, which will be returned in full if everything is in the same condition at the end of the stay.
