We have a 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house in Menlo Park we're looking to passdown for a yearly lease starting July 1st. This is part of the famous GSB "Compound", which are 4 houses of 4. The other 3 are filled/partly filled so we're looking to round out the community with one final house. Average rent is very low at $1375 per person. It's a 12-15 minute drive to campus, 30 minute bike ride. Because this has been part of the passdown system for many years, it comes fully furnished for a passdown fee of $7,750 (you get this back when you pass it down the next year and don't have to worry about moving things! Also can discuss if that's a major blocker). There's also a possibility to fill 1 or 2 bedrooms in the other 3 houses so if you don't have a group but are still looking for housing that's better than whatever the lottery system gave you please do reach-out and I can put you in contact with the other houses. We've loved our time here and want to keep the tradition alive.
