Hi, my roomate is moving out and one bedroom is available in early July (This apt accepts yearly signed lease only). Location: Our apartment is located near Stanford campus, reaching Stanford Oval in 15 min by bike. Driving is also possible and we have one asigned parking place available (for free). Price: $1280/month. Two bedrooms, one is slighly bigger than the other. The available one is the smaller one and $40 cheaper than the slightly bigger one. Utilities including wifi are additionally ~$50-60/month per person. Facilities: The apartment was and is still very new since we took it last year, especially the kitchen. Dish washer, oven and fridge are all new. The shared places are furnished and the bedroom will be empty and not furnished. First floor has kitchen and living room. Bedrooms and toilet are on 2nd floor. We also have a small backyard. Me: I am a postdoc at Stanford, female. Who I am looking for as a roomate: Female, postdoc is preferred. Someone who is willing to keep the public places spotless and tidy. Minimalism is perferred. interested in long term lease and can move in in early July.
