I want to sublet my room in a 3bed/2bath apartment on campus in EV Lowrise (1 story on Angell Ct). It will be available from June 26th to September 24th. It is fully furnished and I can clear out as much stuff as you want. I am flexible with dates if you need it earlier or later, but ideally, I'd like to rent it for the majority of the summer. Furnishings include a 3 person couch, coffee table, kitchen table with four chairs, ~14x16 foot covered patio, and TV. My two current roommates are moving out at the beginning of June. You will most likely have the apartment to yourself for the summer, as long as Stanford doesn't move someone else in over the summer. No guarantee there are no roommates.
