Hello,
I'm looking for a new roommate in my 2 bed, 1 bath house in the Marina. My current roommate is moving to NYC on 5/16. So we'd be open to a move-in as soon as then or at the end of May/beginning of June. Rent is $2,500/mo with garage parking or $2,200/mo without garage parking. House is available to be seen this Sunday, 5/8. Please reach out to if interested.
About the house:
Awesome location - across the street from Moscone Park, one block from The Dorian and located on a small street between Chestnut & Lombard
Large Marina-style home with 2-car garage. House was gut-renovated a decade ago and has modern appliances. Large living room, dining room & kitchen. Large windows let in ample sunlight. Ceilings are 9.5 ft high and floors are hardwood
Large closet in common space for storage. Also additional shelving space in garage
Gas stove, refrigerator, microwave & dishwasher
Room is 12' x 18' & has huge bay windows
We don't currently have a washer & dryer but have the ability to put one in the garage if you are interested

Rent/move-in details:
Room available as early as 5/16 or as late as 6/1. You will begin paying rent on the date you move-in
Minimum 12-month commitment
Utilities (trash, Internet & electric) generally come out to ~$250/mo, which we will split
Security deposit equal to 1.5x rent required
