Hi everyone! I’m looking to sublet my bedroom in a townhouse in Palo Alto this summer. Rent is $1600/month. I’m hoping to sublet it for all of June, July, and August (and possibly part of May or September if you want). It’s a 2-story, 2-bedroom townhouse. It’s a great location - it’s a 5-minute drive/10-minute bike ride/20-minute walk away from Stanford, downtown Palo Alto, and California Ave. The bedroom is furnished. There’s a private backyard patio, and washer/dryer shared by a few townhouses. For parking, there is 1 carport and easy parking on side streets. Lots of natural light on both floors. You’d be living with a roommate who is in her early thirties. She works in research at Stanford and the VA. She’s an awesome person, really friendly and easy to live with.
