I'm looking to transfer my lease to someone starting ~6/11. It's a 2-bed 2-bath in downtown Menlo Park. Great neighborhood and very spacious unit, although building is old with no frills or amenities. Current rent is $3200 a month, landlord is very reasonable so I don't expect crazy increases (I've been here 3 years, have actually negotiated rent decreases each year). My roommate is moving to a different city and I'm moving into a 1-bed, but if you want a 2-bed 2-bath this place is a great deal. Our current lease ends on 7/24 and I'll be traveling starting 6/11 so am looking for any of 1. someone who wants to take over the place and sign a new lease 2. someone who wants to sublet the whole place or 3. someone who wants to sublet just the master bedroom / bathroom ($1650 a month).
