1 bed / 1 bath in a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment at Stanford West. Apartment complex in Palo Alto on Sand Hill Rd directly across from Stanford Medical School.
I am moving out of my LOVELY apartment because I want a hypoallergenic kitten and my roommate doesn't. Please also contact me if you're interested in living in my new apartment, which has fewer complex amenities but is VERY nice and larger in Downtown Palo Alto:

For the room I'm moving out of, rent + utilities comes to about $2100 or $2150 depending on the month.

Covered parking spot in a large private garage with storage
Modern large bathrooms with a bathtub/shower, plenty of storage and one entire wall is a mirror

I previously lived in a very large room and this room was great. Large closet and beautiful lighting. I wanted this room even though it's smaller because it has nicer lighting. In addition, because my room is smaller, my roommate gave me an additional closet outside of my room.

Overall great service and they really go out of their way to make things nice for the residents
Bonus: everyone who lives here is Stanford affiliated.
There is a VERY long waitlist to get an apartment here. I originally tried to move to a different unit in the complex but it's nearly impossible to get in.
About your new roommate: She is an early thirties psychiatry resident at Stanford and prefers a medical affiliated roommate and someone who wants to be friends if possible. We sometimes eat a meal together or do an exercise class together. She is generous and a great cook and lets me eat her fruit. She has a hypoallergenic maltipoo puppy (1 year old) who is a darling angel. She is open to kind women in general.
