We're looking for 2 new housemates to join us in our 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom house in Menlo Park, 10 minutes from MPK. Both rooms are available for a 1 year lease starting March 1st (with some flexibility around ending the lease early if needed). There are two available rooms on the second floor. They are spacious (11x13ft) with high ceilings, and each has a closet. Both have multiple windows and get tons of natural light. The two bedrooms share a bathroom located right next to them in the hallway. The rent for each of these rooms is $1650/month. The house is really clean and new, comes with in-unit washer/dryer, has a nice, modern kitchen, is on a quiet street, and has good storage space. There is plenty of parking available in a large parking lot next to the house, as well as in marked spaces on the street in front. About your housemates: - A. lives in the 3rd floor bedroom. He is a SWE in Meta, graduated from Stanford, likes dancing, photography, whisky and is a proud foodie. - C. lives in the 2nd floor master bedroom. He works in real estate as an analyst in San Jose, and is into yoga and sports. The house is pretty quiet because we're all pretty busy/have different hours but we're friendly with each other. The common area is nice to have meals, work in or read in free time
