Hi everyone! I am looking for a new roommate in a townhouse in Palo Alto. It’s a 5-minute drive/10-minute bike ride/20-minute walk away from Stanford, downtown Palo Alto, and California Ave. It’s a 2-bedroom, 2-floor, 1.5 bath townhouse with a private backyard patio. The bedroom is big, with a walk-in closet. Lots of natural light on both floors, and a washer/dryer shared by a few townhouses. Move-in date is March 1. Rent would be $1400/month for the first two months (March and April) and then go up to $1800 from there. Month-to-month lease. The room can be furnished or un-furnished. For parking, there is 1 carport and easy parking on side streets. I’m 26. In my free time, I've been taking weekly improv classes in SF. I love group workout classes, hiking, live music, and salsa dance. I’m looking for a roommate who would want to be friends (while of course having our own independent lives), because for me that’s always been the most fun/comfortable living situation.
