We have a sunny room available in our cozy, 3-bd 1 bath house in Midtown Palo Alto, available now and lease goes until May 31, 2022 with the option to extend for another year. More about the room: -Cozy, carpeted, unfurnished room with a window and closet. -Rent is $1250/month and utilities range from $50-100/month. -Nice lighting -Roughly 10’x10’ (fits a full bed and desk easily, maybe not a queen). -Full-size mattress frame and futon mattress available if desired. Amenities include: -In-unit washer and dryer -Brand-new water heater -Comfy living room with sofas and puzzles -Fully equipped kitchen -Lovely backyard with grass, lots of flowers and plants and a porch! -Easy street parking out front -Safeway, Teaspoon, CVS, and Walgreens within 2 blocks -Easy access to the 101, Facebook and Google as well. The household currently consists of two women in their early twenties. We are friendly, easygoing, and respectful, and looking for someone that will fit with that vibe.
