Hello, Long story short, I'm ideally looking for a 1B1B--although may be open to sharing bath--ASAP. Since I'll be with dog, room will have to be sizeable enough. A yard would be a perk; however, not a requirement--just as long there's a walkable area where we can get our steps and breaks in. Haha.
