We have the master bedroom available in our 8 bedroom house in Los Altos hills, less than 15 minutes from SLAC. The room is on the first floor with a walk-in closet, and a large private en-suite bathroom with shower, bath. The rent for the room is $2325/month, utilities are typically around $100/month. We are a group of 8 humans, one small dog, one cat, and myriad house plants. Current housemates are a diverse group of academics, graduate students, tech professionals, and more. We like to do group get-togethers like house dinners, board game nights, bike rides, hikes, and movie nights. The house is pet friendly, and the current pets have lived with other dogs and cats previously. The house has several amenities including a basement with a home gym, pool table, and space for watching movies. The house has an expansive backyard with a garden, patio, barbecue grill, and fire-pit, a large kitchen with updated appliances, and two large living rooms. There is a large open driveway with plenty of parking spaces, as well as an EV charger. We're looking for housemates who intend to stay long-term, but the lease agreement is month-to-month. We are a short 10-15 min drive from Stanford, Downtown Mountain View, and Downtown Palo Alto, and just 5 minutes from Downtown Los Altos.
