Hi! We have a bedroom available Nov 29 in a Redwood City townhouse (3Br + 3Ba) near Woodside/El Camino, close to downtown. Just a few minutes to Target & gas stations, less than 10 minutes to Caltrain, restaurants, Whole Foods & Safeway, etc. The large, bright room includes a closet with full-length mirror, window AC unit, its own full en-suite bathroom, and a large shared balcony. This listing also includes a parking spot in the garage. The house has an in-unit washer/dryer, a dishwasher, and a covered patio with bbq. We have 600mbps internet, so video conferencing and 4K streaming is no problem. All rooms in the house are quite spacious with vaulted ceilings, making them perfect for WFH or just having private time to decompress. Your roommates are two professionals in their 20s (one male, works in business, and one female, works in education). We do our own things, but also occasionally enjoy hanging out to eat/drink, play games, or watch TV together. Things are pretty quiet, but we’re also friendly. About you: Also a working professional, male or female welcome, respectful, clean, no drugs, no crazy parties, LGBT friendly. Unfortunately, our landlord will not approve pets or couples. We have lived here over a year now and have really enjoyed the space, the location, the roommates, and the landlord. We also have a housekeeper that comes once a month to clean the common areas and each bedroom/bathroom. All utilities, including housekeeping, is about $200 per person, per month.
