The entire apartment is 1,000 sq. ft, on the 2nd story (no one is below the apt), and the complex was recently repainted. -The bedroom has a spacious closet, a large sliding window (view of trees), perfect rectangular shape. Easily fits a queen bed, desk/chair, dresser, and nightstand. -Plentiful, free street parking. -Laundry facility on premises (accepts cards). Location: -Very safe, quiet neighborhood. -Only 5 minutes away from downtown San Mateo & Burlingame, which has amazing restaurants, coffee shops, retail shops, grocery stores, and fitness centers/gyms. Also, close to great hiking trails and not too far from the beach (Pacifica, Rockaway, Montara, etc). -Close to major freeways, Caltrain, and SFO. Price: -$1,400/month, water and garbage included, internet and PG&E separate (usually around $100/month). -The TV in the living room has Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, HBO Max, Disney+, etc. -Month to month, ideally someone who will stay for at least 6 months, you’ll need to provide a credit report.
