I currently live in a beautiful 3 bed / 2.5 bath townhome in Mountain View. One of the housemates is moving out at the end of the month and so the room is available on October 1st (potentially a few days earlier). The lease is currently month-to-month and while I plan to keep it open-ended, I’m looking for someone who can stay for at least a year. Home Details The house is located in Old Mountain View within walking distance from Castro St and easy access to El Camino and 85. There is a full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, and plenty of parking available at all times. Room Details The bedroom is the largest of the three, with an ensuite bath, high ceilings, and plenty of closet space. Utilities are split evenly between roommates (~$100/month each). The room will be unfurnished and available Oct 1 (potentially a few days earlier). Preferably looking for someone planning to stay 1 year.
