We are moving out two months early from the house we have rented and have happily lived in for the past 3 years. Posting here in behalf of the landlord because we want to end the lease slightly early due to relocation. It's very clean, modern and bright. Everything in the house was newly renovated in 2018 including cabinets, stove, countertop, bathrooms. There are three full bathrooms therefore very nice for three housemates to live in. The location is really close to big tech companies such as Linkedin, Apple, etc. It's a short bike ride to Sunnyvale Caltrain station, and very convenient to grocery stores, Starbucks, etc. It's also located on a very quiet street, in a safe and nice Sunnyvale neighborhood. We enjoy walking around sunset and go to the park nearby where there's tennis court and basketball court. The address of the house is 216 East Arbor Ave, Sunnyvale.
