Hello, I am looking for someone to take over my lease in Forge Homestead Apartments in Cupertino ASAP. My move out date is 7/11 and really hoping someone can move in soon after. It's a 700 sq ft apartment in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. There's in unit washer/dryer, parking space, gated community, nice balcony, large swimming pool and gym. Freeway 280/85 are very, very close and it's exactly a 20 minute drive to Stanford. It's on the third floor, gets lots of sunlight, and has a great location (Safeway is across the street, Trader Joe's and Whole Foods are nearby, Korean markets are also within 10 minutes driving distance).
