I am a female advanced grad student in the last year of my program. I am looking to sublet (for long term if possible) a shared/single housing situation in or close to the campus (walkable). I would prefer to share my space with another female but I am flexible on the issue. I am very neat and quiet and have very little furniture. My budget would be around $1500 per month (including utilities).
