Hi! My current roommate has been relocated to Oregon and I am looking for a replacement – ideally female for an end of June/early July move-in. I am currently a Postdoctoral Scholar from Canada, working at the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. I have a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment at Stanford’s The Cardinal Apartments in Redwood City (https://thecardinalapartments.stanford.edu/), specifically the two-story floorplan C1. There is a single bedroom with a private bathroom upstairs and another bedroom and bathroom on the primary floor, which is excellent in terms of privacy. The rent is $1600 a month plus utilities (~$150) and internet ($35). The apartment building has a ton on amenities, including a gym and rooftop BBQ area. I also have a little terrier/miniature pincher mix dog (less than 20lbs). He doesn’t shed much, never barks and usually keeps to himself.
