The place is fully furnished and is in the Artisan Way building complex near the Safeway in Menlo Park (2miles / 8min car/ 15 min bike ride to campus). The lease expires June 30th and is about $1700 a month - available immediately(I moved out). My housemates will probably extending our lease month-to-month afterwards. The apartment has 3 rooms (two other Stanford GSB grads on the 3rd floor with their own rooms) and my room is on the main floor by the kitchen with its own bathroom. We're ideally looking for a Stanford affiliate to take my spot. We also have some basic gym equipment in the garage in case you're interested in working out (floor mats + bench + rack + barbell/plates +dumbbells). I'll be leaving my bike as well in case you need bike access. Regarding Covid - we have been cautious over the past year and have all been covid negative. We take classes online/work from home and do not invite people over. We generally only go out to get groceries. Let me know if you're interested and if I can provide any additional information.
