The start date is flexible and you can of course renew the lease in June for another 12 mo. Rent is $1750/month (includes some utilities). I would prefer someone who can move-in as early as possible. You will need to fill out an application and pay a $43 screening fee with the property manager if you're interested in moving ahead with the lease takeover.
