Looking for someone to take over my lease for a beautiful studio apartment with a patio in Sunnyvale from March 7, 2021 to June 30, 2021. The start date is flexible and you can of course renew the lease in June for another 12 mo. Rent is $1750/month (includes some utilities).
I would prefer someone who can move-in as early as possible. You will need to fill out an application and pay a $43 screening fee with the property manager if you're interested in moving ahead with the lease takeover. The apartment will be available to view in the first week of March (please book a time at and I'll get back to you).
