Fully functional. Fair condition with signs of normal use. There is a small glass crack at the bottom left corner of the screen. This does not affect functionality. Includes iPad mini 2 for AT&T (can be used without AT&T as well). Though please note that I don't know if AT&T even supports data for this iPad anymore. Before buying this, check with AT&T.
