Posting for a friend. Looking for someone to take over the lease on my beautiful studio in-law in the West Valley College neighborhood of Saratoga. Space is about 450 sq ft. Fits queen size bed, dining table, couch, coffee table easily. Fridge, microwave, toaster oven and two burners (NOT a hotplate) in kitchen. Full bathroom with bathtub and skylight. Nicely remodeled, modern fixtures. One parking space in driveway, and plenty of street parking. Private patio space with table & two chairs, a Japanese maple and room to park a couple bikes. Landlords are very sweet, quiet older couple who live in the main house. Great biking and hiking nearby, farmers market is walking distance, downtown Saratoga is biking distance. I love this place and would stay here longer except that my boyfriend and I are now moving in together, and need a bit more room. This is a great place for a grad/college student, young person tired of quarantining with their parents, etc. Rent is 1600 incl utilities. NO PETS, no smoking, would not recommend for a couple because it is small. **I looked at a LOT of in-laws around the South Bay and I promise you will not find a better one at this price.
