The Stanford Home Sleep Center is seeking participants with or without sleep-time teeth grinding for an NIH-sponsored study that investigates the relationship between sleep and well-being. Our remote study utilizes medical-grade physiological devices and requires no in-person contact; you will participate from the comfort of your home. If you participate, the information you provide may help us develop interventions that improve quality of life and sleep. You will receive up to $80 for your full participation via an Amazon gift card. You will also receive a sleep report based on your data, which can give you insight into your sleep and activity patterns.
