The neighborhood is pretty quiet and very picturesque, with beautiful sunsets over the Los Altos foothills. The master bedroom is over 170 sq ft with hardwood floors, a private bathroom, a decent sized closet, and access to our private backyard. The apartment is over 1200 sq ft with an in-unit washer/dryer, stainless steel kitchen appliances, a fully furnished living room, a large garage space, plenty of street parking, a manicured yard and a front-facing patio overlooking the foothills. The apartment is less than a mile from I-280 and I-85, and only 4.6 miles from campus. There are several grocery stores and plenty of restaurants nearby (< 10 min drive), as well as a lot of trails for hiking. The bedroom is available immediately and rent is $1,605 per month (utilities are an additional $100/month).
