It is located right in front of one of the swimming pools, has a private balcony and even has a backyard (large enough to have a bbq party). Currently, it's $5,440, but my lease has a monthly concession of $1,445. So it's $3,995 per month, which will be guaranteed until next Feb. 2021. Located only 5 mins (by foot) away from Stanford University hospital, the complex has several swimming pools (currently open!), clubhouse, theatre, tennis court, sauna, fitness centre, and so much more. Less than 5 min. drive to Safeway and Stanford Shopping Center, and less than 10 mins. to Trader Joe's and many other stores. If you'd like, we will leave behind our queen/ss beds, leather sofa set, dining table and other household necessities at no extra cost.
