My name is Juliette, I am a Stanford grad student and I will be moving out in September . My large, Master Suite with Private Bathroom, and huge walk in closet will be available for $1530 + $500 Security Deposit (September 15th). I am interested in locating a new roommate who will occupy the Master Suite for a 1-year term, with opportunity to renew.
Our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment is located on the top floor, in a quiet neighborhood of Palo Alto, just off Arastradero and El Camino Real. With easy access to the 280 and 101 freeways, we are close to Stanford, Tesla, SAP, Google, and Facebook. We are situated between two Caltrain stations (one being a Bullet Stop), so depending on your commuting preference, San Francisco is easily accessible. With close proximity to downtown Palo Alto and Stanford Shopping Mall, you have many award winning restaurants available, as well as Safeway, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Sprouts, Piazza’s, and the local Farmer’s Market.
The room is approximately 15’x11’, plus walk in closet and private bathroom, providing close to 240 sq. ft. of personal space with a generous amount of natural light. The room will be unfurnished, but I can sell or give you my furniture (a bed, a desk, a desk chair, a wood low table, a nightstand, and a drawer).
Shared kitchen and living room are fully furnished and fully equipped everything one might need.
Laundry facility on site, and plenty of street parking is available.
The new roommate would have a steady job and income, is respectful and chill, capable of keeping common areas clean, would not bring the party home, and would not be primarily working from home (with exception of current Covid restrictions). Qualified applicants must complete a credit and background check through the property management once they pass the interview process. If selected, the new roommate would be responsible to cover their portion of the expenses in a timely manner, including rent, water/garbage/sewer, electricity, internet, renter’s insurance, etc.
The remaining roommate, Mandi, is generous and easy-going. She works full time and is happy to provide help and open to chat. When not working, she is generally out kiteboarding, traveling to the next adventure, dancing, skiing, or chilling.
We are a Covid-free household and have been diligent in our responsibilities to one another’s safety. We are willing to be tested and provide results. Would you also be willing to be Covid tested if selected?
