The projector projects onto a wall, with a picture approximately 10 feet across. (Cable tv not included, but you can easily connect the projector to a device like an Apple TV and stream any services for which you have a log-in, including Netflix, Hulu, and almost all tv channels). • Nest thermostat system, and air conditioning • Cutting-edge security system with motion-detecting cameras around the exterior of the house • Washer/dryer • One-car garage, plus space to park two cars in the driveway. Further parking is easily available on the street, with no permit (and overnight parking is allowed).
