We’re two female psychology graduate students in our 20s and 30s. Our roommates are moving in with their significant others, so we’re looking to fill their rooms! We’re hoping to find two female roommates who are clean and conscientious. Students or professionals are welcome to apply! No pets, unfortunately (although we do love dogs!). A little more about the two rooms available: The move in date is 8/23/2020. The lease is for 10-months. - Room 1: 10’ 5” x 10’ and has a bigger closet - Room 2: 9’ 2” x 9’ 11” and includes a parking spot Each room is $1257/month (plus utilities). Rent is due the 1st of each month. A little bit more about us: We enjoy being sociable and having people over from time to time (when we’re not in the middle of a pandemic!). That said, we are working from home due to the pandemic, so we do appreciate a quieter living space during the day.
