It's a townhome with the 3 rooms in the 2nd floor and kitchen/dining room/living room in the first floor. Room comes furnished with a full size bed, nightstand, chair, and hanger rack. Looking for move in AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Rent is $1150 per month which is amazing for the apartment and the location. Utilities are about ~$90/month. This is a sublet.
