The apartment is available starting July 10 with a monthly rent of $2375 – I am flexible with a move-in in July or August. The apartment is fully furnished with furniture, equipment, and supplies I purchased brand new in early January (some will come with receipts). You can keep everything for free as I am moving out the country. The apartment comes with heating and cooling.
